This was a branding project for a brand new HR consultancy. The CEO had previously worked on re-building HR processes for large corporations, and wanted to strike out on her own with a fresh approach to attracting talent.
The brand is bright, clean, vibrant, and growth-minded.
Our branding process begins with a Brand Discovery questionnaire, to gather as much information about the company, its purpose, its passions, and its target audience. A look-book is then created to help us settle on a direction, fonts, and color scheme.
Final deliverables include multiple layouts and color combinations for the logo, so it is adaptable to any print or digital environment. We also created a simple, Squarespace website at ingeniumculture.com.

These are assets and screenshots from a site we worked on for an online, crowd investment community called Red Crow. This project was in collaboration with the brilliant BKW Partners. Together, we designed and created the brand's story.
The concept is the brainchild of Brian Smith, a former Morgan Stanley Investment Banker, and Jerry Harrison, a former Talking Head.
We explored the idea of aiming the site at millennials, giving them an opportunity to invest in VC approved startups. It was educational, fun, and tongue-in-cheek. This version of the project ultimately never got off the ground, with the client pivoting to an different audience with a revised look and feel. This iteration, however, still holds a special place in our hearts.
